Abstract


China has since the 1980s from a planned economy to a market economy , this new stage of accelerated development of both bears great potential , there are many contradictions and risks. Structural adjustment and institutional transformation arduous, accumulate more social problems , social and economic relations as well as political , cultural and other aspects will be a series of changes . In this process, due to administrative divisions as a result of administrative barriers and geographical segmentation phenomenon is very obvious that the concept of administrative economy is widely accepted government and academia . Since then, demands to break administrative barriers and geographical segmentation, dilute the administrative economy is increasing . However, in a number of economic studies for the administrative administrative district in the literature for the various stakeholders involved in the relationship between the interests of vested little , mostly stuck in how to accelerate regional economic integration , breaking the administrative division of the institutional constraints on the proposed territorial economic this category is intended to analyze the level of interest in the study of Chinese regional economic development issues. Economy is the text of the territorial administrative divisions and departments in terms of the range of managed objects specified by the Chief Regional administrative bodies or authorities at all levels led to the development of the local economy , for the purpose of achieving the benefits of a regional economic development in the form . It is the administrative regions for economic development of internal and external conditions generated by the interaction of the economic complex , as well as sector- based administrative and economic factors and their range and distribution of closely integrated regional development entities . Territorial economy similar to the socialist market economy , the state implemented at different levels under the system of regulation of the national economy , by the rigid constraints of administrative division and local government regulation affect economic functions , there are many types of relatively independent operation of the administrative regional economy, but slightly different . Territorial area of economic stress that the attribution of the benefit , which is the focus of this study . This article explains the concept of territoriality and economic characteristics of species, and to analyze the various stakeholders within the territorial role conflict of interest between them and the final attempt to establish a mechanism for the coordinated development of territorial economic interests in order to achieve the various stakeholders within the territorial benefit-sharing
