Abstract


With the development of the modern city , the appearance of the high-rise buildings , elevators and escalators , has become an essential building transport . Therefore , the high degree of concern by the community safe operation of elevators and escalators . Elevator and escalator GSM remote fault alarm system , real-time acquisition of elevators and escalators control unit to achieve remote commissioning of elevators and escalators , configuration , data collection, data analysis and integrated management to detect and proactively troubleshoot protection Elevator and the normal safe operation of the escalator . With the rapid development of mobile communication technology , the use of the existing GSM network resources , to play a high network coverage , good transmission characteristics , and provides a convenient wireless data transmission for elevator and escalator field failure data collection . The short message service for data transmission, having a number of distinct advantages : reliable data transmission ; inexpensive ; Stock laying line ; transmission distance without restriction , in the area covered by the GSM network can be used . This article is based on the GSM network SMS remote fault alarm system designed elevator and escalator . The system consists of integrated management center , elevator and escalator control unit , data acquisition communication unit and handheld intelligent terminal . The use of the communication unit of the data acquisition SCM Acquisition fault signal of the elevator and escalator maintenance personnel sent directly to mobile phones and integrated management center via the GSM module wireless storage elevators and escalators ; Management Center PC software information , receiving elevator and escalator data acquisition the communication unit sent to the fault information promptly notify maintenance personnel , the failure to timely processing . At the same time , with the database analysis functions , statistics on the elevator and escalator malfunction , failure analysis, fault location map display , elevator management information statistics . The system is flexible , easy installation , and improve the timeliness of the data transfer , reduce operating costs , main elevator and escalator malfunction alarm and troubleshooting blindness .
