Abstract


China is in a critical period of socialist modernization, building a harmonious society and achieve fast economic growth is currently facing a major task. Reform and opening up three decades, the state has adopted unbalanced regional economic development strategy has enabled some regions of China, highlighting the advantages of the location, an unprecedented increase economic strength, but with the economic policy tilt, uneven allocation of resources, inter-regional elements of circulation, of widening gap between regions and social sustainable development has been severely affected. In the wave of a new round of economic development, to achieve regional economic and social co-ordination, promoted by interaction of regional development has become an inevitable requirement. Hunan Province, China and South Africa and Tan Area choke the throat, the East and West, even the South lead north, unique location, economic output increased year by year, is the central focus of one of the region's economic development. With the 2007 City Group approved the national \The central region of Hunan Province, and even an important economic growth pole core - Tan core area being formed for Hunan's economic development is to inject new vitality. But as inland traditional agricultural province, Hunan domain-wide regional disparities, the huge gap between urban and rural areas, poor economic resource flows and configuration, provincial coordination and interaction within deep-seated problems remain to be explored. Building a comprehensive well-off society as a key step in research and promotion of regional economic development at all levels of coordination and interaction imminent.
