Abstract

Contrast to viviparous mangrove plants, non-viviparous mangrove plants, non-viviparous mangrove species bud stage, seed stage, early seed germination, seed germination the late endogenous hormones GA 3 ABA content, water content, the viviparous mangrove trees of the large number of metal elements Na, K, Ca, Mg and other elements of content differences, and to explore the the viviparous possible mechanisms, experimental results are as follows: 1 viviparous plants and non-viviparous plant reproductive organs in different developmental stages Endogenous Hormone Change (1) plants at different developmental stages the GA 3 content trends consistent, showing the trend of early to late decline in seed germination from seed, seed germination (except the Avicennia marina bud and seed germination late GA 3 content less the outside); the viviparous mangrove plants in the seed stage, the GA 3 compared to the content of the other three periods are at the lowest level; viviparous plants with non-viviparous plants viviparous plants compared the seed stage GA 3 content higher than non-viviparous plants; non-viviparous the Bruguiera If neem gibberellin content in different developmental stages has been very low. (2) viviparous mangrove species at different developmental stages ABA content trend is basically the same: the highest ABA content of the flower bud stage; seed stage, ABA content minimum; rise in ABA content after germination. The shea neem and frangipani ABA trend consistent, the highest ABA content in the seed stage; after early germination second highest; to Germination late ABA content quickly lower. The Ko Po wood ABA content has been in a low state (compared with shea neem and frangipani), and in seed-stage and early germination ABA content below the buds and seeds germinate late, and viviparous mangrove species trends. (3) in the viviparous mangrove species at different developmental stages, the seed stage, GA 3 / ABA ratio rise to the top, at 50-80; seed germination early despite the decline, but still higher than the flower bud stage seed germination late; buds and seeds germination late GA 3 / ABA ratio is not very different. Viviparous plants at different developmental stages GA 3 / ABA in the ratio is very low, about 0-20 (except egg flower seeds germinate late ratio). (4) was viviparous the mangrove plants GA 3 content trends: seeds> leaves> peel, non-viviparous plants, GA 3 content trend: seed> peel> blades. Viviparous plants in different organs significantly ABA content trends: leaf> seed> peel, non-viviparous plants in ABA content content: leaf> peel> seed and leaf ABA content is much higher than the seeds and peel. Viviparous mangrove plant leaves and peel the GA 3 concentrations are significantly higher than the non-viviparous plants, leaves and peel the ABA content were significantly lower than the non-viviparous plants. Different organs (seeds, peel, leaves), significantly viviparous mangrove species GA 3 / ABA higher than the non-viviparous plants. Significant mangrove plants and non-viviparous plants GA 3 / ABA ratio content trends: seed> peel> leaves. Viviparous plants, Bruguiera fruit the neem reproductive organs at different developmental stages GA 3 / ABA ratio has been at a minimum. Viviparous mangrove plants 2, non-viviparous mangrove plants, non-viviparous plant reproductive organs at different developmental stages, the water content changes viviparous plants and non-viviparous mangrove species reproductive organs in seed-stage and seed germination the early very different, viviparous plant, especially the seed stage highest water content of between 60% to 80%, non-viviparous plants in seed-stage and early germination moisture content is very low. Viviparous plants 3 viviparous plants and non-reproductive organs at different developmental stages metal element content changes (1) four mangrove species at different developmental stages Na content were significantly higher than the non-mangrove species. (2) compared to viviparous mangrove species at different developmental stages, seed and germination of the early elements of K content in general than higher. (3) viviparous plant addition to wood Lam bud period, seed, seed germination late candel, Avicennia marina bud stage, the rest of the developmental stages of Na / K is less than 1, non-viviparous plants Na / K less than 1. Viviparous plants compared with non-viviparous plants, plant seeds of the addition to shea neem viviparous early germination Na / K ratio is not very different, other developmental stages viviparous mangroves Na / K ratio were significantly higher than the viviparous mangrove plants plant . (4) was viviparous mangrove plant Ca element> hidden viviparous mangrove plants> Non-viviparous mangrove species (A. corniculatum bud stage). Viviparous mangrove plants candel hidden viviparous Avicennia marina the Ca element of content with the development of the reproductive organs gradually reduced, with the control group Ko Po wood, frangipani Ca elements of the same trend. Wooden Lam and Aegiceras candel etc. On the contrary, from bud to seed germination late Ca elements gradually increased with the development of the reproductive organs. (5) in the different periods of the reproductive organ development, the mangrove plant Na / Ca greater than 1 (except wood Lam seed the early germination), instead of the mangrove species Na / Ca were less than 1. (6) compared with other developmental stages of the reproductive organs, seeds viviparous plant Mg, higher than the non-viviparous plants Mg element Mg in the late stage of the development process from seed to seed germination significantly viviparous and implicit viviparous mangrove species shea neem content changes showed a decreasing trend in contrast, the control group, Ko Po wood, frangipani late to the growing trend in the Mg content of elements from seed to seed germination. (7) viviparous mangrove plant peel Na, K, Ca, Mg elements content were higher than the seed stage, viviparous plants peel Na, K, Ca, Mg elements were below the seed stage, viviparous plants seed germination late in the Na, K, Ca, Mg element content below the seed germination early (wooden Lam seed germination the early Na elements except); non-viviparous mangrove species trend opposite seed germination late of Na, K, Ca, Mg, also higher than the seed germination early Ca elements (frangipani and Ko Po wood, except K elements)
