Abstract


With the breadth and depth of use of information technology in the military field, the great modernization of our army for a period of time in the tide of globalization, the revolution in military affairs \goals. Information software system development, the demand growing surge of forces at all levels, this also shows that the peak of military software development is coming. But there are not standardized, unscientific in terms of military software project management, usually military software development of risk management and the user side of the interaction rarely use fixed assessment model to quantify. Is not an accurate assessment of the uncertainties in the software in the various types of risk, the resulting cost overruns, progress overdue and poor technical performance. Software project risk management will help reduce the risk of software project development, improve the success rate of software projects. The core and foundation of software project risk management is risk assessment, will directly affect the risk management process, and even affect the success or failure of the project, which is the focus of this article. Complete specifications of military software project risk assessment purposes, is the combined military software development unit of capacity and future needs of the development of military software projects face the risk of valid identification, analysis and management, thereby reducing the possibility of failure of the project, and strengthen The military software quality, has an important significance for promoting the construction of our military information. Fuzzy logic is an effective method to deal with the issue of uncertainty. In order to ensure the smooth conduct of military software development project, the fuzzy inference mechanism is applied to software risk assessment process, according to the basic principles of fuzzy logic system, the establishment of the fuzzy logic model for software development project risk assessment, combined with the experience of the fuzzy set of risk indicators risk matrix and fuzzy rules, and then proceed to the fuzzy inference, the risk level of the system, so as to provide new ways and means of achieving processing software development project risk, uncertainty, complexity issues, and project selection and formulation risk management program to provide a reference. Finally, the development of a Military District cadres mobile query system, for example, to prove the correctness and rationality of the proposed method, and provide reference for decision-making.
