Abstract
|
In the past three decades, the interactions between peroxovanadates and organic ligands have attracted great interest in both chemistry and biology. In this work, multinuclear (1H, 13C, and 51V) and variable temperature NMR were utilized to study the above interaction systems. Through the combination of these methods, structural information of all species in interaction systems were obtained, and a better understanding of the experimental phenomena was achieved. The main conclusions are summarized as follows:1. Multinuclear, multidimensional and variable temperature NMR techniques were used to study the interactions between diperoxovanadates and 2-Me-Imi. Their stereochemical structures in solution were discussed according to the NMR signals of the organic ligands. All 1H and 13C peaks were completely assigned and the predominant interaction pattern of these complexes was proposed.2. NMR studies on the interactions between diperoxovanadates and amide shows that amide coordinates to vanadate(V) by its N. In this part, multinuclear, DOSY NMR techniques were used to study the interaction between diperoxovanadate and ethylenediamine, theory study with DFT method was used to discuss the structure of bpV(en). In addition, the interactions between diperoxovanadates and single amide were studied with NMR techniques; theory study with DFT method was applied to discuss the features.
