Abstract


With the increasing of our country ,s built-up area every year , The investment on Heat ventilation and air-conditioning (HVAC) systems is also increasing quickly. HVAC systems investment and operation cost share is an important quotient in the whole building .the article thinks that the designer have the responsibility not only for the investment cost but also for the Operation Costs, This viewpoint is Completeness.Based on the characteristic of different cost of HVAC, the article proposed applying Life Cycle Cost(LCC) to carry on the cooling heating supply project ,s decision-making. The main research works in this paper are follows:(1) The article have led into LCC theory, analysed the various influencing factors , carried on the LCC management to the HVAC.(2)The paper analyzed the content and characteristic of every part ,s cost of HVAC systems, confirmed the cooling heating supply project ,s LCC ,pointed out the amended method of LCC based runtime annual interst rate and inflation rate.(3)The paper elaborated the meaning of analyzing LCC ,s sensitivity in HVAC systems ,s construction and the cause led to the uncertainty, Have studied the analysis method specifically for the single and all factor effecting。(4)The paper researched the benefit-cost analysis method. By analyzing the relationship between HVAC systems ,s LCC and reliability, the paper saw the reliability as the affair which should consider first and proposed idiographic formula to make benefit-cost analysis for air-condition.(5)Apply life cycle cost(LCC) analytical method which the paper proposed the paper analyzed and compared the four different projects in one building ,s cooling heating supply, And choose the optimum scheme out.
