Abstract


With the Xinjiang Oilfield Company increased the number of motor vehicles, in enhancing the carrying capacity, improve production efficiency, effective control of the vehicle stand out scheduling efficiency, safety management and safe operation of the issue has become a serious problem. Vehicle safety management: how to always know where a vehicle, whether on the highway speed limit safe speed, the ability to go out to the unified command and control vehicles such as the management focus; in the vehicle specification management: how management standardization and modernization of the vehicle, how to control the vehicle’s dynamics to the optimal schedule in order to improve the efficiency of cars and so is the management focus. The use of modern science and modern technology tools to enhance management of vehicles has become a vehicle management, scheduling urgent need to address the problem. GPS technology, GIS technology, communication network technology, computer technology matures, the vehicle management to real-time scheduling, dynamic direction possible.Build a relatively complete, with a strong compatibility and scalability of the secure vehicle monitoring and management platform, the use of modern science and technology, modern management tools to enhance the level of the vehicle to improve the production efficiency is imperative.Oil companies to develop a vehicle scheduling to adapt the monitoring system, involving a variety of cross-disciplinary use, requires existing systems and equipment to integrate and develop the corresponding applications, the development of this project from the engineering point of view, a more comprehensive set kinds of knowledge, overall use, trying to present a relatively complete product development process involves various types of technology, the development of similar systems in future will provide a reference.
