Abstract


This papere laborates the significant harm of explosive material highway transportation and the neccessary of carrying on the risk assessment, analyzes the condition of the risk assessment research on dangerous chemical. Utilize the dangerous source theory of the analyzing cause factor of accidents theory as well as the breakdown tree analysis method(FTA) to recognize the risk of the explosive material highway transportation, analyzes the inherent or the latent dangerous factor in the tansportion process, and proposes the dangerous source monitoring countermeasure.Referring to the overseas industry dangerous material transportation’s risk evaluation and flammable, explosive, poison significant dangerous source evaluation method, and unifie the special details of our country‘s highway transportation, the paper makes the deep study on the dangerous source’s evaluation standard and evaluation model, then use the dangerous source evaluation method to evaluate the risk level of explosive material highway transportation based on the risk evaluation theory revised. Comprehensively conside the material risk,the transportation risk, the gravity of the accident as well as dangerous counter-balance factor. This model might carry on the numerical analysis on explosion accident’s injury scope in order to obtain the harm rule. It enables the evaluation process to be more perfect and pointed, what’s more, this not only evaluates the inherent danger of the goods and transportation process risk, but also evaluates the realistic risk. Finally, Apply the evaluation model to evaluate the danger degree for a sample of transit route of the explosive material highway transportation enterprise. Then it makes special analysis on the result, which indicates it’s very feasible to apply this evaluation model to such complex task. And the evaluation model is helpful to complete the evaluation of other industrial hazard material transportation.
