Abstract

The study found that the accumulation of galactose or galactose metabolites toxic to the animal body, especially, has a strong role in the destruction of mammalian ovarian. Ovarian apoptosis and gonadotropin signals are subject to the regulation of ovarian impact of this metabolism. The galactose metabolic processes galactose kinase, galactose -1 - uridine phosphate acyl transferase, UDP-galactose -4 - epimerase has played a very important role. Research has shown that the mammalian body there is a link available metabolizable energy and reproductive performance. The propagation energy consumption when the food shortages will delay puberty, to save energy is used to maintain a normal life movement. Animal body itself can monitor energy storage, in vivo processing of such information to determine whether there is enough energy to start puberty used for breeding. Metabolism is how to decide this way or that these instinctive signal mechanism is still not clear. As China's economic development, dairy products and sugar intake, especially children's sugar intake is greatly increased. Dairy products for the growth and development of young people to provide a comprehensive basis, the sugar can improve the metabolic energy of young people, but the intake of these substances will affect the child's growth, the growth and development of the reproductive organs, the onset of puberty, follicular development? If there is an impact How? has become a topic of great concern to people. Therefore, we weaning minor female SD rats as an animal model to explore the high frequency of the onset of puberty in female rats drinking milk and glucose. Experiment weaning immature female rats as animal model to investigate the high-frequency drinking milk and glucose on the onset of puberty in female rats. In this experiment, 22 days weaning Sprague Dawley (SD) rats, the high frequency of drinking milk or glucose 40 days, were recorded for each group of animals vaginal opening time and vaginal mucus, weekly, daily gain, ovary and uterus share percentage of body weight, blood glucose level, collect The ovarian histology processing to observe follicular development. Experimental results, the milk group and sugar rats compared with the control group vaginal opening time came earlier, indicating the onset of puberty may be brought forward, and the milk group and the sugar group rat ovarian account for a high percentage of body weight than the control group (P <0.05). The milk blood glucose levels higher than the control group, but the sugar group and control group blood glucose levels had no significant difference. Ovarian paraffin sections, HE staining, and then follicle count, the results show: the milk group growing follicles, atretic follicles, each slice follicle overall average, and the average number of luteal than the control group (P <0.05) luteal glucose group than the control group (P <0.05). Our results show that high-frequency drinking milk and / or glucose might be sexually mature female rats reproductive function have a certain impact. The dominant mechanism of acrylamide in food is asparagine and reducing sugars generate acrylamide by the Maillard reaction, and is currently in the high-temperature heating process, most of the acrylamide content of the fried food exceeds the standard requirements. Acrylamide is a known neurotoxic substances and human carcinogen, in addition to occupational exposure, it can also intake of propylene through the diet (such as fried potato chips, french fries, high-temperature baking bread, etc.) amide, acrylamide can be microbial degradation, and because of its high water solubility and low fat-soluble, it is less prone to bioaccumulate, are unlikely to cause biomagnification. But the long-term exposure to acrylamide may produce adverse effects on living organisms: including those affecting the nervous system, to promote the occurrence of cancer, affecting reproductive and developmental, the harm is increasingly drawing attention. In the second experiment, we use 22 days early weaning Sprague Dawley (SD) rats drinking acrylamide aqueous solution, in which a group of daily dose of 5mg/kg body weight, another group of 10mg/kg body weight every day to explore the growth and development of acrylamide on animals and reproductive activities. The experimental results further confirmed the neurotoxicity of acrylamide on the animal's body, tumor toxicity. And the growth of the animal body, immune, follicular development, growth and development of organs are present.
