Abstract


To investigate the expression and clinical significance of VEGF in malignant lymphoma in this study by ELISA detected 26 patients with previously untreated patients with malignant lymphoma ( three cases during the treatment of bone marrow infiltration ) the expression of VEGF in plasma VEGF and bone marrow , and 8 healthy people as a control. The results showed patients with malignant lymphoma bone marrow VEGF and plasma VEGF 309.78 , P lt ; 0.05 ; lymphoma patients with plasma VEGF levels increased significantly in comparison with the bone marrow VEGF , the difference was statistically significant , did not find the presence of the two statistically significant linear correlation ; lymphoma patients with bone marrow infiltration of bone marrow VEGF increased compared with the previous , and was statistically significant ; plasma VEGF newly diagnosed bone marrow VEGF expression levels in bone marrow infiltration patients with and without bone marrow infiltration group was not statistically significant difference ; regardless of the patients with malignant lymphoma plasma VEGF and bone marrow VEGF and patient gender, age, B symptoms and the degree of malignancy , bone marrow VEGF in III , IV malignant lymphoma compared with Ⅰ , Ⅱ malignant lymphoma increased , the difference was not statistically significance , while plasma VEGF in III , IV malignant lymphoma than Ⅰ , Ⅱ malignant lymphoma increased , and the difference was statistically significant ; plasma VEGF bone marrow , the expression of VEGF was no significant difference in elevated LDH group and normal LDH group and both LDH were not statistically significant linear correlation ; bone marrow VEGF increased β2-MG group and beta2 - MG normal group was not statistically significant , and both linear correlation was not statistically significant ; plasma VEGF beta2 - MG increased group than in the beta2 - MG normal group increased expression of difference was statistically significant , both statistically significant positive correlation . In summary, patients with lymphoma mainly to increased plasma VEGF with clinical stage and prognosis , only when the only bone marrow infiltration of bone marrow VEGF increased , suggesting that more clinical significance for lymphoma, plasma VEGF .
