Abstract


The concept of scientific development and sustainable development for China’s Higher Vocational Education and coordinated regional economic development provided a guiding ideology,and pointed out the way forward.There are both promotive and restricting role betweenHigher Vocational Education and regional economic. Regional economic development decisions of the Higher Vocational Education,And to a certain extent,restricts the development of higher vocational education scale,speed and quality;Higher Vocational Education of the regional economic development initiative,it will promte the regional economic development,when the higher vocational adapt to the regional economic,on the contrary,it will play a role in impeding.Thus,in the background of our country strongly advocated the development of vocational education,there are far-reaching practical significance on the coordination of development of the two ones.The paper according to the status quo of higher vocational education and regional economic,take the Henan automotive industry and professional auto Vocational College as an example,beginning from the development of the status quo and problems,take an exploration to the Henan Provincial Higher Vocational Education and coordinated regional economic development of relevant countermeasures. Firstly,in theory expounded on the overall higher vocational education training and professional development goals and,the dialectical relationship of higher vocational education and regional economic;Secondly,Henan Higher Vocational Education and the reality of the auto industry development and an objective overview of the existing problems in-depth analysis,even though they both have made some achievements in the development,but there also were many problems,such as auto professional building is imperfect,poor school-enterprise cooperation,difficulties of the graduates employment,the business skills of the manpower shortage and so on. In order to change the above problems,I will give some recommendations,the automobile industries should be raising awareness,pay high attention to human resources,optimize the industrial structure;the vocational education should focus on quality and efficiency instead of quantities and scale,enhance the professional building,the two sides should look forward to four mechanisms for the drive power to achieve better cooperation and win-win situation.
