Abstract


The rule of law in 1999, was written into our Constitution, To promote the strategy of ruling the country according to law, a citizen of the implementation of popularizing education is the foundation of the work, particularly in schools at all levels in all types of legal education is imperative.Since 2005 the rapid development of secondary vocational education, the number of students in schools close to 21 million. Legal education in secondary vocational education is very important, but we also meet some special difficulties. How to achieve the goal of secondary vocational education in the legal system, improve teaching effectiveness, and promote better and faster development of secondary vocational education has become the urgent need to resolve the thorny issue. Based on the theories of the ideological and political education and legal education and the strategy of governing the country according to law, this paper presents a research in secondary vocational school education in the legal system and causes difficulties, and how to solve the current plight of some preliminary exploration and countermeasures.
