Abstract


Beijing is the capital of China, and also the country’s political and cultural center. It has the large number of colleges and universities, the huge size of the population. This is undoubtedly the employment of college graduates to add a lot of pressure and severe situation. As a post-graduate student of the institutions of higher learning, not only the large number, but also the overall level of the relatively higher, the backbone of the 21st century, China is also in the socio-economic development of the pillar of the business. At the same time, we also see that the current college students of a training model and the concept of careers, as well as the personnel system and graduate employment system is not in the degree of matching postgraduates to the employment of a new study.This paper uses a questionnaire survey conducted field studies, research and comparative study of the method of combining the Internet and use convenient, fast way of contact through visits Postgraduate training units, as well as my interviews postgraduates , the post-graduate student employment and the status of a comprehensive understanding of the problem. In the subject of a considerable amount of research literature on the basis of comparative analysis of response from Beijing University Postgraduate Research employment outcome of the first-hand information, in light of China’s Beijing and the current employment status postgraduates, and then in-depth analysis of my master’s degree graduates, employing units , Postgraduate training units, as well as national employment policies of the relevant factors such as the impact on employment, finally put forth some constructive measures and proposals.The author believes that the smooth post-graduate student employment, should be concerned with the personal postgraduates is closely related to the overall quality of attention and correctly guide the careers Postgraduate concept. At the same time, the employing units on the post-graduate student employment should also bear certain social responsibilities and postgraduates training institutions should refer to the national level of the relevant policies, enabling graduate students to undertake graduate employment guidance, should not be overlooked, in the training process Postgraduates must pay close attention to the quality and enhance the overall quality of postgraduates, and ultimately achieving smooth the purpose of employment.
