Abstract


Accompany the rapid development and the enlargement of China’s higher education, the number of college students increases dramatically. Meanwhile,the way changed from traditional style to meet between supply and demand, and the pressure of the employment mirease, so the employment situation has become even more severe. Through the process of employment,the artide uses social capital theorg for the analysis. Through Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, N university graduates in-depth interviews, to analyze the whole process Graduate Employment in the operation of social capital, including employment Access to information, access to employment and job skills competition the following three aspects. This will help us insight into the process of university students in the various employment strategy and the use of resources, and is conducive to the employment of college students will work to promote deeper, and promote the harmonious development of society.This paper from the sociological point of view, the integration of academic students of the problem of employment conditions, a literature review, described the choice the purpose of the study, significance and innovation, the introduction of the social capital of the Graduate Employment framework, the proposed Graduate Employment the process for access to employment information, job skills and access to positions of the three aspects of competition and then in the case on the basis of interviews, analysis of university students on the social capital to understand and use, and this basis of the detailed feasibility studies of the relationship between university students Organization of social capital and social capital of their initial employment and the impact and role of highlights from some of the issues; employment of college students from the social capital of the operation of the start, building social capital operation of the three-dimensional model to explain the students in the course of employment of social capital Operation of the validity of the issue and the social capital of college students the environment and the role of the mechanism. Finally I come to this conclusion:(1) China’s employment system is not sound at this stage, the employment of college graduates in an increasingly competitive, social capital operation of the large field, the effectiveness of social capital to play more and more; (2) social capital for college students in the course of employment access to employment information, job skills, access to employment opportunities play a big role,with the social capital of university students can directly access to employment information and skills to reduce the transmission of information links; (3) students of social capital of the quantity and quality determine the level of employment. With social capital-rich, high-quality students are often more easily able to obtain better jobs, while those with less social capital, poor quality of students is not easy to obtain better jobs.Through the above analysis, the author based on social equity point of view,the proposed reduction of social capital operation field of information society in an open and transparent environment of macroeconomic thinkingfor; Colleges and universities to maximize its tissue-type function of social capital in the concept of thinking; On the basis of this proposed college students to enhance human capital of micro-thinking, And ultimately improve their competitive in the modern society’s competitiveness and viability.
