Abstract


In recent years, along with the students' employment system reform continued to deepen, while large-scale expansion of enrollment in higher education, China's industrial structure adjustment and transformation of economic development mode, and many other factors working together, employment of graduates also will be highlighted, and become a hot issue of social concern. Scientific and rational employment of university students to solve problems related to the effectiveness of the strategy for the implementation of the harmonious development of social economy can. This article will study the information asymmetry as an entry point for students' employment issues. Reference information asymmetry in information economics theory and game theory and the related management theory, under conditions of asymmetric information in the students' employment problems faced. Article under asymmetric information around the students' employment problems faced in carrying out the following studies. First, the introductory part of the article, the research background, significance, some of the research literature and related outcomes, and the study of this topic ideas and content to make a brief introduction, pointing out that the information asymmetry is an important factor affecting the employment of university students, so either the employer or college graduates from the perspective of their own, or is it from the perspective of social stability and development, the use of information economics in the classic theory of asymmetric information problems are analyzed employment of college graduates, have certain practical significance and the theoretical value. Secondly, the article used in the study of the theoretical basis of introduction, the introduction of information economics theory, the essence of the theory of asymmetric information, analyzed, and made a general description of game theory. Third, the article by characterizing the general process of employment of university students, analyzes the process of college freshmen students' employment, training stage, university graduates and other job seekers in the job market phases constitute the main characteristics of phase. Students at the right stage of the employment process, consisting of several main features are described, based on the introduction of this paper summarizes the students' employment in the major types of asymmetric information, causes, and the employment of college graduates in the respective constituent phases information asymmetry for a specific analysis. Fourth, respectively, from the theoretical point of view articles and practical perspective on the employment of university students in the consequences of asymmetric information were analyzed. From a practical point of view, the article analyzes the employment of college graduates in the various stages of the process, the information asymmetry problem in practice lead to certain consequences. Finally, the article on the basis of the above analysis, aimed at college students employment problem of asymmetric information, I graduate from college, university, business and government point of view, to lower the employment of university students in information asymmetry countermeasures and suggestions. From the Government's point of view, to play the government's macro-control functions, information service network established college graduates, college graduates in the job market norms, strengthen the credit mechanisms and legal establishment; terms of college, the university should build a scientific discipline, the facilitation quality of employment for college graduates with ability, strengthen employment information gathering, to ensure smooth flow of employment information; from the students themselves, students master job skills, develop information-gathering capabilities; in the employer, the employer improve employment mechanism, improve the employment philosophy and so on.
