Abstract


This paper describes and analyzes the application of a multi-force comprehensive information platform for monitoring and management platform in the multi-force . Gives a stable and independent from any harsh environment of a high recognition rate of the system , and the proposed solution based on the mass of the large amount of sample data processing ability of the system . Motor vehicle traffic in real-time monitoring of various road sections or junctions by monitoring points emplaced within a certain number of license plate recognition , license plate recognition technology , and various monitoring points collected basic data such as license plates and pictures transmitted in real time via the communication network to the application software system , application software systems Mobile Robbery suspects motor vehicle traffic accident vehicle, traffic violations and other real-time blacklist vehicle check control and early warning , rapid and effective of the police Criminal Investigation and traffic Police blow involving vehicle violations provide strong technical means , real goal Kejiqiangjing ; urban transportation planning and construction , land planning department also provides informative , reliable first-hand traffic monitoring data , its implementation of the traffic organization the basic data provide strong support and transportation planning work . Finally a number of examples of the use of the above method to solve the problem . The text to provide a strong support to achieve high reliability , security software and systems to improve the real-time nature of the software , and thus can be used as a subsystem are widely used in the design of multi-force monitoring and management platform .
