Abstract


CRM system is the telecom operators to enhance customer loyalty, improve the efficiency of such enterprises to adapt to market competition, and the building of core systems. The old system is built on 97 scattered on the basis of fixed-line operator, has fallen far behind the whole business operators and the need for intensive management。Faced with the new demand, with the CRM (Customer Relationship Management System) and the NGOSS eTOM positioning process, in order to enhance the customer relationship management and effectiveness of market analysis, telecom operators meet the business trend of decentralization by introducing the latest J2EE-B/S model. At the same time in the new agreement the broadband telecommunications business is introduced ; it is integrated with the latest IT technologies, building a system architecture and operational framework for customer-centric carrier-class CRM integrated systems,. From the market-oriented point of view for information flow and data sharing, it can achieve customer-focused resources deployment and flexible business response. In the course of technology, through the establishment from the user interface, data integration layer to the six-story structure, and system reliability and scalability. Focus on the system’s data model and refining the hierarchical structure, in refined structure, adhere to the standards adopted J2EE MVP mode. Finally, consider a system in the actual building process, the various situations that may be encountered, the actual establishment of the system, provided with the guidance of operational significance.
