Abstract


The process of building China’s socialist legal system with the promotion and transformation of government functions, how to build service-oriented government in accordance with the requirements, improve service quality and efficiency of the tax, the tax for building a harmonious society to play a functional role, to be placed in the tax authorities at all levels in front of an important issue. From an economic point of view of development and tax work, comprehensively implement the scientific development concept, vigorously organized and tax revenue, and building a socialist harmonious society and building a harmonious relationship between the tax levied for the proposed new topics; to improve the efficiency of public services, government departments, and constantly improve service the level and quality on improving the tax service mechanism proposed new task; tax information construction of technological innovation and the advancement of management applications, taxpayers increasingly rich growing demand for services and protection of rights awareness, team building and enhance the tax authorities the core competitiveness of the tax service a higher demand.This departure from the tax services, tax services to the domestic status quo as the background, learn advanced theory and practical experience, combined with the successful experience of the local tax authorities to explain the improvement of China’s specific recommendations for optimizing services and tax measures. This paper is divided into six parts:the first introduction, background and significance of the study; second section describes the tax service and tax collection system and related concepts; third section describes the theory based on customer needs QFD model; fourth part is based on QFD model analysis of the tax services; Part V analyzes Suqian rent tax reasons for low satisfaction with services; the sixth part of the proposed measures to optimize the tax services and advice.
