Abstract


Objective:Observe the bone growth of implant in inner core of bone harvest chamber which pre-installed artificial bone material and study the efficacy of the bone harvest chamber which repeatly implanted in mini-pigs pigs of Guizhou to observe the osteogenic potential of artificial bone material.Methods:In experimental group, filling osteoinduction of material in each inner core of repeated bone harvest chamber,in the control group, filling everyone cavity of each inner core with osteoinduction of material, filling nothing within another side of inner core of repeated bone harvest chamber as control group one,filling gelatin sponge within another side of inner core of repeated bone harvest chamber as control group two, implanted in the metaphysis of femur and tibia of mini-pigs of Guizhou. Every 2 months(together two), inner cores were removed, observe material in inner core of repeated bone harvest chamber by visible and histological, compare the case of bone formation inner core of repeated bone harvest chamber.Results:2 months after surgery,in experiment group the hoar tissue can be observed by naked eyes, in control group that unfilled artifical bone,the brown tissue can be observed by naked eyes; in experiment group a large number of osseous tissue can be observed in the specimen of material in inner core of repeated bone harvest chamber by histological examination, in control group that unfilled artifical bone only fibrous tissue can be observed in the specimen of material in inner core of repeated bone harvest chamber by histological examination.Conclusion:The repeated bone harvest chamber can be used to observe osteogenic potential of artificial bone material
