Abstract


With the fast development of computer technology, a growing number of database application systems appear in a wide range of applications. And the development of the tax processing system is to meet the tax design work in the city. Visual Basic language system is used with a combination of SQL server database in this tax system. This system with beautiful interface and perfect functions can operate independent of Windows system and is a practical system with the value of promoting. Specifically, it implements the classification of user rights, inquiry of duties of tax department and policy information, tax data processing and other applications. In addition it also can deal with the special requirements: users in the front area on the map can directly find the tax paid situation in the corresponding location, and can modify, add, delete the tax information on the corresponding position. The design of the combination of controlling the images and backstage database is proposed.Now there many cases of database design using visual object-oriented language at home and abroad. However, the combination of front operation with map, the combination of map operation with the changing of backstage database is unusual. It can give the visual effect. In the design of systems, the control of pictures with a number of API function, as well as the control and coordination of the database can ultimately meet the relevant requirements of the specific application.The project is to solve the problems in the practical applications of Zaozhuang area and has good prospects for practical application.The innovation spot of this system is the combination of image processing theory and practical application of the database. It amend the database in the backstage and redraw the map in combining the use of the database to amend the background, the onstage, allowing users to understand the changing of the image data. In the specific design, it solved the problems of the mouse tracking function, image "hot spots" settings, panoramic image displaying and zooming, the combination of image controlling and the changes in the database and other issues. The project with a good innovative idea has practical application prospect and is perspective.
