Abstract


In recent years, due to the pursuit of the efficiency of the system , switching power supply more and more applied to a variety of devices , especially the use of battery-powered devices . Inductive switching power supply requires a relatively large size of the inductor , and the size of the equipment is getting smaller and smaller , however , the trend is a contradiction . Therefore, the efficiency is relatively high, the relatively small volume of solution will have practical significance . In this paper , a brief introduction to the the popular power structure . The step-down charge pump in 1 /2 times the buck . In order to reduce the noise of the output voltage , the subsequent stage of the output using the LDO (LowDrop-Out) as the active filter . The charge pump works around after output of the LDO op amp , bandgap reference as well as the power to adjust the tube to expand the description .
