Abstract


\Unique legal structure due to the the Trust ownership interests separation , that is a unique property of isolation , operational very flexible activity of great social and economic optimization . In common law countries , the Trust has become the mainstream way of property management and widely use . Trust as the only economic field at the same time across the currency market , capital market and industrial market, to carry out the country industry investment and financing business , to become one of the four pillars of the financial field with the banking, securities , insurance , and with asset management , investment many unique features , financing , agents , etc. , has become one of the main pillars of the world financial system . In China, with the growing number of economic development of the national wealth , the people on the selection and use of assets will become increasingly diverse , increasingly complex financial management , but also the need for professionals , specialized agencies of the agent of its fiscal agents being to , so that the financial the trust industry development space is more and more widely , the status of the trust industry in the financial system are becoming increasingly important .
