Abstract


2001 , China 's accession to the World Trade Organization commitments, after a transitional period of five years , China will fully open China 's banking market , since December 11, 2006 , along with the People's Republic of China foreign banks Ordinance came into effect on marks comprehensive fulfill our commitment in the market , and the entry of foreign banks , bound to have an enormous impact on China's banking market structure , business model , various domestic banks face competition will become more intense. Well, the entry of foreign banks interested in our banking sector and what impact domestic banks and how should we respond to the intervention of foreign banks , which has become one of China's banking industry will have to face the problem to be addressed . Solve the above problem , the entry of foreign banks over the impact of the banking sector research , and put forward some countermeasures deal with foreign banks to enter specific findings are as follows : 1 . Analysis and summarizes the development of foreign banks in China and business strategies , such as foreign banks in China's course of development and development features. Summary of foreign banks into the positive and negative impacts on China's banking , by selecting the data of 14 domestic banks in 1996 - 2007 and use Eviews6.0 software to do data panel model regression analysis impact of foreign bank entry on China's banking industry pre-tax profit margin , net interest income rate , the rate of non-interest income and operating expenses rate . 3 . Analysis , put forward China's banking industry to respond to some of the recommendations of the entry of foreign banks by foreign banks entering the country on the impact of China's banking industry .
