Abstract


In the context of economic globalization, the international capital flow speed, the increasing size. Along with the rapid economic development of Southeast Asian countries, the rapid development and expansion of the Chinese capital as an important part of the international capital. International investment as an emerging force in the Chinese capital to some extent, to break the direct investment in developed countries monopolize the world situation, the impact of the world foreign direct investment flows. Southeast Asian Chinese capital is not only one of the power source of sustained economic growth in Southeast Asia, but also an important factor to affect the development of the world economy. The large number of Malaysian Chinese businessmen, the tortuous path of development, is the most representative part of the overseas Chinese businessmen. Since the 1990s, mainland China's economic construction has made remarkable achievements, the comprehensive national strength and international influence is rising. The rapid rise of the Chinese economy to attract investment from around the world, of which a considerable part of the Malaysian Chinese capital. Malaysian Chinese entrepreneurs, especially the well-known Chinese enterprises in the Chinese mainland investment by exploring the evolution of the Malaysian Chinese businessmen investing in China motivation and influencing factors, in the investment stage, the characteristics and problems in analysis of Malaysia regularity and particularity of the Chinese businessmen investing in China, and proposed solutions to this problem. On this basis, a forecast of its future development trends in China. And part of the main contents of this paper is organized as follows: Chapter Introduction section introduces the Chinese economy, Chinese enterprises related concepts and theoretical methods, current research and research significance. The second chapter briefly describes the evolution of the Chinese capital in Malaysia, the stage of development and the development of the characteristics of the Chinese enterprise groups. Chapter as a background to the development of economic and trade relations and Malaysia, combined with well-known enterprise group Kuok Brothers Group, Golden Lion Group and Hong Leong Group's investment in the Chinese mainland, stage analysis of the Malaysian Chinese businessmen to invest in mainland China, the characteristics and the role of propose appropriate countermeasures for the problems in its investment in China. Chapter regularity of the Malaysian Chinese businessmen investing in China and particularity from the point of view of the environment for investment and capital characteristics, the economic policy of the government in China and Malaysia, Chinese business network with Chinese cultural factors Malaysian Chinese businessmen to invest in China causes and effects of factors comprehensive evaluation. Finally, to conclude, and forecast the development trend of the Malaysian Chinese businessmen investing in China.
