Abstract


This paper studies the changes in interest rates , the the impact mechanism between the corporate net business investment , the impact of interest rates on corporate investment , mainly from the point of view of enterprise net , to analyze the impact of changes in interest rates on investment . In this paper, a method of combining theory and empirical analysis , through corporate net corporate finance , the role and status of the corporate net corporate investment behavior and financial analysis of changes in interest rates on corporate investment by the balance sheet mechanism accelerator effect . Firstly, on the theory of investment and financing and interest rate transmission mechanism Theoretical Review ; Then , changes in interest rates , the the impact mechanism between the corporate net worth and business investment were the theoretical analysis of the system ; then , on the basis of the research , establish an empirical analysis of the model , 1999-2006 276 manufacturing listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen a-share as samples , the use of panel data regression analysis of changes in interest rates , corporate net business investment mechanism . Through empirical analysis , we find that changes in interest rates on corporate net negative impact the role of investment and enterprise net positive correlation , the balance sheet impact mechanism to verify the changes in interest rates on investment in China 's manufacturing sector listed companies ; However, this article the empirical but found that interest rates and business investment is positively related to interest rates through other channels not verified corporate investment has a positive correlation . Therefore, the paper argues that China 's enterprises to invest in a negative impact on interest rates is not sensitive corporate net investment behavior plays an important role in China 's interest rate policy and corporate investment and financing optimization based on empirical conclusions put forward policy recommendations .
