Abstract


MICE tourism development, and had a huge role in boosting the economic development of the city, However, with the rapid development of the the Chinese MICE tourism in the short term, there have been a series of problems, small-scale enterprises, the number, the low level of service and reception become a challenge placed in front of the MICE tourism researchers, there is an urgent need to conduct research and to identify appropriate countermeasures. The author through a the journal network search, scholars basic research MICE tourism value chain integration rarely set foot. Therefore, this paper attempts to do research in this regard. Firstly, according to the current academic views MICE tourism connotation, combined with the actual needs of analysis in this paper, re-definition of MICE tourism, and to identify the elements of the MICE tourism. Divided into four aspects of the the MICE tourism product development, production and operation, marketing and after-sales service from the point of view of the value chain, the value of MICE tourism activities for analysis to determine the MICE tourism value chain model. From the the run current situation of the the MICE tourism value chain, it is pointed out that the MICE tourism value chain integration, because integration allows the MICE tourism enterprises competitive strategy change, customer relationship adjustment can also improve the the MICE tourism crisis management mechanism. Determined by a detailed analysis of the the MICE tourism value chain integration the MICE tourism value chain integration - strategic alliances. And analysis based on the theory of the value chain, the strategic alliance of the MICE tourism marketing needs, the needs of the development of customer relationships, information and resource sharing needs and the need to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.
