Abstract


Environmental risks are described forced by operating activities in those areas must consider environmental factors , the environmental risks of the enterprise is growing in today 's increasingly stringent environmental laws , and the occurrence of environmental risks not only showed significant environmental hazards, often causing damage to corporate reputation and financial crisis . Fortunately , more and more managers aware of environmental issues related to effective risk management became an integral part of the competitive advantage . Environmental risk management , in addition to using a variety of legal , policy and institutional means from outside the corporate environmental behavior guide , constraints and management , the establishment of the enterprise risk management system to deal with environmental issues , to realize the Enterprise and the Environment win-win. The main point of this article is to ( 1) environmental risk management system is an integral part of enterprise management systems , environmental risk management directly target pollution prevention , the fundamental goal is to create value for stakeholders . (2 ) based on the ISO14000 environmental management system and comprehensive risk management system management tools , the two merging can not only effectively prevent risks , but also help companies to seize the opportunity to create value . ( 3 ) Environmental risk management is not an absolute size-fits -all model , enterprises should be tailored according to its operating activities and continuous improvement . The paper concludes that the risk -oriented environmental management system is to create value for stakeholders , an effective management tool to achieve win-win business and the environment , but also the future direction of development of the corporate environmental management .
