Abstract


With advent of knowledge-oriented economy and the real global economic integration is still a long way to go, human rescues has been become a key factor for competitive advantage of organization. The compensation management playing an extremely core role in the aspects of attract talent; retaining talent and encouraging talent. The improvement of strategic degree from the design of core talent compensation management system and the establishment of an incentive compensation management system has an extraordinarily important strategic meaning.In the recent years, with China Construction Bank (hereinafter "CCB") accomplished stock system reform to went public, and facing the horizontal banking competition is fierce from both home and abroad. How to outstanding success in the competition of elite, and establish sustainable development internationally system of compensation management, with is an invincible puzzle for the compensation management of CCB "A" branch at presently.This thesis according to the compensation management system present situation of CCB "A" branch’ subbranch, and applying the compensation management theories regarding the compensation management evaluation, this paper has made a systematic and overall analysis for the current situation of compensation management of CCB "A" branch’ subbranch, the author point out that the existing problems in the compensation management system of managers comes form the insufficient incentive; indeterminacy of incentive-oriented; absent flexibility of compensation management system and return on investment of compensation resource is low level. In view of the existing problems in the compensation management of CCB "A" branch’ subbranch for the manager, this thesis set up guiding principle for the improve structure of compensation; optimize index system and enhance incentive mechanism guiding, the author redesigns an integrated compensation management system for manager of CCB"A" branch’ subbranch, in order to strengthen the competitiveness edge of CCB "A" branch accordingly remain invincible operating.This thesis mostly base on theory of incentive compensation, offer a series of measures of optimize and improve for manager of CCB "A" branch’ subbranch, especially put forward some constructive opinions focuses on annual salary configuration; examination of dynamic indices; examination of operation competition; flexible benefits and system of total remuneration. These measures provides improvement and supply for the compensation management system of CCB "A" branch present situation, and also it could be used for reference when the banking carry out design of compensation management system.
