Abstract


In the 1990s, science and technology and productivity has been rapid development, and also greatly improved the level of customer consumption, competition between enterprises expand worldwide, upgrading speed accelerated, as well as political, economic, enormous changes in the social environment, so that the entire market demand uncertainty greatly increased. It negates the past that from design, manufacturing until the sales are responsible for their own business model, to promote to establish best partnerships with suppliers and vendors on a global scale, the formation of a long-term strategic alliance with them, form an interest Community. In the supply chain management environment, to achieve the purpose of rapid response to market demand, must be exposed to a variety of internal and external challenges. This article first systematic exposition of the concept of supply chain, and to analyze and discuss the concept of supply chain management and its strategic significance, and expounded the necessity and implementation of supply chain management in the enterprise implementation steps; thus integrated supply chain management analysis, to build a theoretical foundation of this article; measures based on the implementation of supply chain management, from the point of view of enterprise applications superficial explore; and proposed the establishment of enterprises with Chinese characteristics concept of supply chain management model the drawbacks of traditional management of Chinese enterprises, discusses the importance of the implementation of the supply chain management of Chinese enterprises to improve competitiveness, and analysis of existing conditions and problems of our enterprise supply chain management, implementation of supply chain management to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises in China the main way, which can be described as the innovation of this paper; Finally, concrete case study, combined with the theoretical framework of the foregoing, the comparative analysis of the status of its supply chain management, identify shortcomings and recommendations for improvements and ideas . The findings of this paper can play a reference for Chinese enterprises to carry out effective supply chain management.
