Abstract

Rural homestead is an important part of the rural land the homestead use rights is a basic property rights of farmers . However , rural residential land use rights transfer problem has always been the focus of attention of the community . In this paper , on the basis of the status of the investigation and analysis of the transfer of rural residential land use rights , the need for rural residential land use right transfer analysis, and the possibility of transfer of argumentation .
