Abstract


With the rapid development of global information technology, unprecedented situations and new problems appeared in field of information security , which not only provided development opportunities, but also met a challenge for military academies. Information security management play an important and unique role in the management of military academies,which has great significance.for enhancing the level of confidentiality and building a strong defense.First of all, the paper analyzed the characteristics and ruls of the military academies under new situation, described the concept and importance of. information security management. Secondly, the paper analyzed security weaknesses of the military academies under the new situation of information in aspect of strengthening security concepts and implementation of security systems, enhance technology protection, improve the quality of personnel and other aspects. thirdly, the paper study futherly inormation security problems from the ideological level, the technical, institutional building, personnel management. solving the problem of information security management should focus on enhancing awareness of the officers and men of confidentiality, to achieve the continuous education system to the continuous changes in education ; focus on administering the secret to achieve by mainly relying on administrative means to manage the comprehensive use of legal, administrative, technical means to manage change; focus on science and technology governance dense, dense achieved by the emphasis on document management to focus attention on changes in computer network security management ; focus on improving governance secret ability to achieve security by non-professional cadres and other countermeasures to professional change. Finally, the paper analyzed the problems by the example of the National Defense University.
