Weifang accounting information service platform, including accounting qualification certificate management, accounting, title management, accounting staff continuing education, accounting personnel, rewards and punishments, the accounting agency (including accounting firms and bookkeeping agencies) and its personnel management and a series of comprehensive industry management.Consequently, this paper combines Weifang Municipal Bureau of Finance practical work, researches and developing an accounting information service platform. This paper deeply studies of information systems design theory and implementation techniques; It analyzes the traditional accounting information services business involved in the production workflow and information flow, using a combination of Struts and Hibernate framework, editing JBPM workflow processes using business process methods to establish the method described in the workflow model. It completes system design, detailed design and database design.The basic operation of the system meets the needs of users, achieves the Financial Bureau of Weifang City, and the demand for accounting information services, construction, completion of accounting information service platform. It uses the system to carry out routine information and research work, to further standardize the information dissemination process. It improves the timeliness of information, improves efficiency, and enhances the city’s automated management accounting information.
