Abstract


The network management platform of Production-study-research cooperation provides web-based collaborative innovation service for small and medium-sized enterprise. It, relying on the Internet, computer and modern communications technology, adopts a new system structure and service concept which makes the platform is different from the existing innovation platform or public service platform.The collaborative design efficiency and quality between partners is directly related to the market competitiveness of products, therefore improving collaborative design ability has become an inevitable trend of shorting the product development cycle, saving the costs of product development and improving the quality of the product. The new mode of Internet-based Production-study-research cooperation we discussed here, via combing with the project management thoughts and making use of the Internet communications, reaches the goal of organizing virtual project team to complete the collaborative development and manufacture of a product.The main achievements of this thesis are as follows:1) Based on the analysis of the development need of modern manufacturing industry, this paper first studied our present situation at home and abroad, then combined the development of Internet technology and informatization technology, proposes a new kind of manufacture-learning-research cooperation mode.2) with the project management thoughts, We did some research on the contents of the new mode, which further proved that the new mode will no longer do the job in the old way like dividing the task only according to Product design cycle, but use the network management platform as a basement to develop a product collaboratively, which means we will start from pre-research, latter enter product development and design, then test or simulation analysis results, and last enter into the process of manufacturing the new products.3) By studying the way of realizing the new mode and the key technology for the application layer, we finally designed a kind of Technical architecture of Production-study-research cooperation network management platform. At the same time we proposed alternatives for the network management platform development mode and application, this scheme can be a choice when the co-operative entity try to Implement manufacture-learning-research cooperation, or be a kind of reference for other enterprise users who want to run the platform together. 4) By introducing the instances of an oil instrument company use the platform for product development and the good benefit they got after using the platform, we analyzes the feasibility and practicability of realize the Internet-based manufacture-learning-research cooperation management platform, and finally come to the conclusion that this network management platform can well meet the need of a project team to product collaborative development, has certain significance for popularization.The Internet-based manufacture-learning-research cooperation network management platform we discuss in this paper, will effectively solve the problem which is widespread existing in the manufacture-learning-research cooperation, such as Asymmetric information, unable to reach resources sharing, and the collaboration and interaction not weak, besides it can also be a kind of reference for the development of the other public service management platform technology.
