Abstract


With the market competition intensifies, the delivery system of nowadays’ enterprises is different from traditional procurement management, manufacturing management, or a single type of subordinate functions, especially in background of the network economy and high active information technology. The construction of supply chain system has become the important content of an enterprise core value evaluation. Supply chain performance evaluation is assessment of supply chain efficiency and effectiveness, and it is an important part of supply chain management. Building an effective performance evaluation system can help to assess the overall competitiveness of various aspects of the entire chain, and provide a scientific basis to improve the supply chain performance.Based on understanding the supply chain management, supply chain performance evaluation, leading supply chain performance evaluation model based on theoretical knowledge in the field, this article make the following studies on the A company’s supply chain performance evaluation system:By analyzing the supply chain management, supply chain performance evaluation content, based on comprehensive research, analysis of the features, functions, basic components of the supply chain performance evaluation, and do in-depth research of supply chain performance evaluation system design process, then guide the practice.By in-depth studying of Balanced Scorecard, SCOR, KPI performance evaluation, performance evaluation model which based on cost, make an analysis of the A company’s present supply chain performance evaluation system. And put forward by the internal supply chain evaluation of operational processes and supply chain support evaluation of the two dimensions of the A company’s supply chain to establish a performance evaluation system; and supply based on the status of A Company, the meaning of the indicators, and indicators of the decomposition of the calculation of given a detailed description, and according to experts Assessment Act to establish the evaluation index weights, and by the challenge value, the target value, the warning value to calculate the score, in order to make the final evaluation become more realistic. This article provides a useful reference of building A company’s supply chain management performance evaluation system.Finally, this article make the summary of this research work, and give a follow-up further study which needed
