Abstract


13 varieties of the flue-cured tobacco were studied by appling molecular marker technologies of SSR (Simple Sequence Repeat, duplicates sequence simply, also called micro satellite micro-satellites) in heredity multiplicity research., including G28, Yunyan97, NC82, K346, Yunyan202, Yunyan201, Yunyan203, V2 , Yunyan317, Yunyan87, Yunyan85 ,K326 and the safflower great gold dollar. The main results showed that:.1. It had found that 20 pairs in these being polymorphism through 92 pairs conduction which distributed on 24 tobacco linkage groups of SSR. There were 52 alleles in 20 SSR bits and 2.6 alleles in every pair conduction on average checked out .Extend productions of 20 pairs conduct were polymorphism in 13 kinds of them. And its expanded increase the belt to be clear, They might be suitable in to supplies to try the material to carry on the genome team polymorphism analysis.2.We calculated the genetic distance of different varieties based on SSR mark polymorphism. It is that the genetic distance is between 0.0090-0.4286 in 13 varieties and average distance is 0.2237. It approved that difference of heredity was little in varieties. Genetic base straitness matter was in genetic background similar, relative homogeneity of varieties. Hence, it needed much more far-ranging varieties resource, opening up genetic background, enriching genetic base.3.Obviously ,13 varieties might be divided into four class groups. All yunnan tobacco series, Yunyan97, Yunyan202, Yunyan201, Yunyan203, Yunyan317, Yunyan87, Yunyan85, K326, K346 as well as G28 converge a group, the constitution class group I ,NC82 was a class group II .V2 was a class group III.The safflower great gold dollar was a class group IV.This experiment had proven the tobacco SSR mark technology has important application value in the variety heredity multiplicity and relationship identify . SSR marker technology method could apply in the tobacco purity of variety appraisal in next studies. It takeed the next step research to build the solid foundation for quite perfect SSR mark identify tobacco seeds.
