In this transition, facing the new situation and challenge, study under the conditions of socialist market economy, how to further improve the ruling party to control the ability of market economy has very important significance.Strengthening the Party’s governance capability has attached great importance to the party and the government’s problems, but because of the complicated international situation, the increasing economic and political globalization, how to further strengthen the Party’s governing capacity and improve the ability to control the market economy is the long-term party and arduous task. Standing how to improve the ability of the ruling party to control the angle of the market economy, combined with the law of the socialist market economy, will promote economic development and strengthening governance capacity building combined so that both mutual promotion and common development of this area of research remains to be further explored.In this paper, drawing on existing research at home and abroad based on the results, combined with the current situation, close contact with its own characteristics of socialism in China, using comparative analysis and conflict analysis, to explore the ruling party building experience and lessons learned of the British, American, Japan and other countries, analysis of the characteristics of successful control the market economy, the Chinese Communist Party selected review of the socialist market economic development model of the historical process, summarize lessons learned, combined with further analysis of the current situation the superiority of the socialist market economy and their own shortcomings, and analysis of the current Chinese rule Party ideas, the leadership, the leadership system and operation mechanism, in the remaining issues, and recommend how to further strengthen the Chinese Communist Party’s governing capacity and improve the ability to control the market economy and the level of countermeasures.
