Abstract


The thesis directs at the development of operas in the hometown of overseas Chinese, and it, based on the research on the condition and the cultural environment in which Fujian Opera exists, attempts to analyze and sort out the relationship between Fujian opera and Fuqing City, market demand of Fujian opera in the hometown of overseas Chinese, the existing conditions of troupes and the peculiar characteristics of Fujian opera in the hometown of overseas Chinese, and then probe into the factors affecting the development of Fujian opera in Fuqing City so as to put forward the suggestions to promote Fujian opera in the hometown of overseas Chinese.
