In this study the sample for Chinese learners of English, this paper discusses the new vocabulary in language sentence level understanding and vocabulary and understanding of the interaction between context information. 165 secondary standard school high school students participated in the study. The results show that, different positions and different parts of speech can lead to different understanding of accuracy, and different (nouns, verbs, adjectives) word in each processing level (foregrounding, sentence end) and a word in the treatment level of all have significant main effect. This shows that the Chinese learners of English can in strong limit sentence level understanding of the meaning of new words with context. In addition, the experiment also reveals the interaction between factor levels - in the statement of the same position, different parts of speech understanding rate is different; The same part of speech in different position to understand different rate. More accurately, when an unknown noun or adjective appear in the sentence first or the end of line, it is processing or journey basically the same way; However, when new words for verb, its meaning in that sentence first or the end of line are significant different.
