Abstract


In response to the issue of global warming, efforts by the international community developed, undoubtedly the most effective United Nations framework Convention on Climate Change and its Kyoto Protocol. \Especially the latter established in the Kyoto mechanisms, the most groundbreaking, and the entire international environmental law and even in the field of public international law, the radiant brilliance.
