Abstract


Encountered on owned assets and sin in the theory and judicial practice in some outstanding problems were studied . The author intends through the writing of the paper , to achieve the following objectives : ( 1 ) to clarify the views held by the academic and practice owned assets crime , as well as the main issue , combing practitioners in handling the problems encountered in the case of owned assets . 2, pointed out that various types of point of view of theoretical circles at the lack of argument and demonstration , put forward their views . 3, make a clear distinction to embezzle the crime of state-owned assets with similar crime in the judicial practice , operational standard . This article is divided into five sections: one owned assets and the crime of criminal target . This section is intended to compare existing concepts and knowledge of related disciplines on the basis of the scope of state-owned assets to do a specific comb designed to as Crime object on to delineate a clear boundary , and to lay the foundation for the commencement of below .
