Objective: Acute pancreatitis is a common acute abdominal pain in clinical, which has general experiencing stress and high catabolism state. Therefore, nutrition support treatment is very important to acute pancreatitis. Usually it has taken parenteral nutrition primarily before, but many scholars have proposed a enteral nutrition support treatment to acute pancreatitis, which provides a source of nutrition and avoids the risk of shifting the intestinal flora.Recentlly, the Freka Trelumina has been widely used in the treatment of acute pancreatitis. The Freka Trelumina has versatile design. It provides not only enteral nutrition, but also can gastrointestinal decompression. The aim of this study is to investigate the value of the Freka Trelumina in the treatment of acute pancreatitis based on the 47cases.Methods: Collect 154 inpatients according to the diagnostic criteria who were admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University from March 2009 to March 2011.47 cases were selected according to the excluding standards. These cases were divided into two groups according to treatment methods, 17 cases were selected as treatment group (placing the Freka Trelumina after admission) and 30 cases were selected as control group (not placing the Freka Trelumina after admission). The treatment group was placed the Freka Trelumina after admission by gastroscope, treating with gastrointestinal decompression and feeding with enteral nutrition. When enteral nutrition energy was not enough, given the parenteral nutrition,at the same time, using other medicine. The control group was fasted and forbidden water, undering gastrointestinal decompression, feeding with parenteral nutrition. According to the patient response adjustmented parenteral nutrition dose. The rest treatments were the same as the treatment group. In the two groups, the general information, the incidence of nausea and vomiting, diarrhea, complications were compared. The utilization rate of antibiotics ,the average hospitalization time and the time to recovery of serum amylase were also be measured by SPSS17.0.Results:There was no difference between two groups about general information. The incidence of nausea and vomiting about treatment group was 41.18%, the control group was 73.33%,which was higher than treatment group ,there was difference between two groups(P<0.05). The incidence of diarrhea about treatment group was 52.94%, the control group was 23.33%, which was lower than treatment group ,there was same difference between two groups (P<0.05). The incidence of complications about treatment group was 29.41%, the control group was 60.00%, which was higher than treatment group ,there was same difference between two groups(P<0.05). The utilization rate of antibiotics, treatment group had 13 cases (76.47%), the control group had 25 cases (83.33%), there was no difference between two groups(P>0.05). The average hospitalization time about treatment group was 15.53±10.64 days, the control group was 14.53±6.56 days, there was no difference between two groups(P>0.05). The time to recovery of serum amylase about treatment group was 7.53±1.34 days, the control group was 8.53±1.72 days, there was same difference between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusions:Feeding with enteral nutrition by Freka Trelumina,it can reduce the incidence of complications, nausea and vomiting, and it also can shorten the time to recovery of serum amylase.Placing Freka Trelumina by gastroscope has high success rate, and it is very simple and safy.
