Abstract


Olympic culture is a part of the world excellent and progressive culture.Its rich connotation makes more people understand more and more about it, and accept it with please. The Olympic spirits in Olympic culture such as fair play, indomitable combatant, participation matters and so on, take a very important education part in students’behavior orientation, moral improvement, psychological feeling, civilization directions and social norms. The effects of olympid culture on school physical education are more obvious. Its special, rich and genrous culture details promote the development of the school physical education. The transmission and education of the Olympic culture in colleges and universities base on two reasons. On the one hand, the turther development of the school physical education requires Olympic culture in the 21st century; On the other hand, the sustainable and healthy development of Olympic movement needs more students knowing the Olympic culture. In modern society,universities are the power station of human being developing. Kownledge’s preservation and transmission, civilization’s inheritance and progress, communications between different cultures,all of these depend on universities. College students are the future of our coutry, the hope of our nation and communicators of the Olympic culture and the world civilization. Spreading the Olympic culture is college students’glorious historical mission and realistic responsibility.This topic mainly adopt literature material law, questionnaire survey procedure, mathematical statistics method and expert interview law, investigating and analysising the present situation of transmiting the Olympics culture in Shandong province’s universities . Shandong province is the second in population in our coutry. It lies in the eastern coastal of Zhongguo. Superior geographic position and abundant natural resources make Shandong province developed area in economic. Shandong also is one of cradles of Chinese civilization, with long history and profound cultural connotations. All these advantages bring prosperity to our province’s education. Resear shows that most university students can master general knowledge on the Olympic culture. Fewer students know professional knowledge; least students understand the connotations of the Olympic culture. The teachers can’t know the Olympic culture well. Konwing the current situation of transmiting the Olympic culture in these universities of Shandong province, analysising the main effects that affect transmission of the Olympic culture, and giving some effective suggestions and solutions will be beneficial to the whole country’s transmissing the Olympic culture.
