Abstract


The society assistance behavior develops along with the development of society gradually. As early as in the natural economy of ancient times, the social succors behavior appeared, developed as helps the poor system in the 19th century, the 20th century 30’s, rescue system of modern society appeared, each kind of forms and the different level society rescued behaviors were comforted with the production level of simultaneous times and also influenced by function scope of the government, the cultural tradition, the habits and customs and all correlated systems .The society assistance as a kind of civilized, the high-level system, develops gradually and perfectly, and along with the progression of society, request of rescue level become more and more high, the system rules and regulations are more and more complete, mechanism design more and more high efficiency.Since 90’s in 20 centuries , with the development of economic, the request to the guarantee of the society has been enhanced, the research on the system of social security has become a hot topic, especially the social security and the management of the social insurance fund have attracted widespread attention from economic, sociology, government department and so on, but has not pay enough attention to the rescues question of the society, specially about relation between the social rescue and the cultural inheritance, is entering in stern test—unprecedented historical vicissitude. Under the environment of the globalization linguistic, resourcefully examines relation amid the social rescue and the cultural inheritance, pursues the contemporary destiny to the Chinese tradition outstanding culture, which is the front topic and the urgent duty to consummate the cultural anthropology and the research on social security.This thesis starts from the intrinsic connection between the social rescue and the cultural inheritance; give brand-new thorough analysis to the cultural influence of the contemporary China society rescue. This article has induced the inheritance basic characteristic of the China traditional culture and the influenced way of the Chinese society rescues by the traditional culture, analyzed the development to the society rescue system of the main country in the world, as well as cultural influence which following. Meanwhile, analyzed the evolution of the relation between the society rescues system and the cultural inheritance in the development process. In this foundation, thoroughly studies the relation amid China society rescue system and the cultural inheritance at present, promulgated the social culture root to the emergence of the society rescue system, pointed out the cultural condition which the society rescue depends on existed. Finally, the paper pointed out that the reform of our country rescue should consider the influence of each aspect, specially pointed out the influence of the culture, charitably to establish and consummate the system of Chinese society assistance.
