Abstract


Agriculture, country and farmer problem is the core of farmer income problem. In recent years, farmer income growth is slow, and the rapid development of whole countryman economy not synchronous, and the income gap of town dweller gradually widening. Farmer income is long-term is not improved, not only affects the farmer is planted the enthusiasm of grain; restrict the development of rural economy and the stability of influence country society. Can say, farmer income problem is not only a significant economic problem, but also a significant political issue. Therefore, we must strengthen the research on increasing the income of peasants.Fangzi as an important agricultural area of Weifang city, agricultural population accounts for 2/3 or more, in recent years, Fangzi and other parts of the country, appeared farmer increase production does not add the appearance that control, farmer of kind of grain enthusiasm is serious be thwarted, delaying the urban-rural integration process. Strengthening of local farmer income problem study is placed in every one of the important topics of grass-roots civil servants, but also to solve the problem of increasing peasants’ income in other areas are of great reference value.In this paper, combined with the actual situation in Fangzi, first analyzes the Fangzi area farmer income current situation and existing problems; secondly, in the light of these problems, analyzes the impact of the current Fangzi farmer to add the element that control, including:Fangzi region economy development level is relatively low, in recent years the price of agricultural products is not high and the prices of agricultural means of production or too large, local agriculture the unreasonable industrial structure, as well as the two or three industry development level is low and the farmer own quality skill is not high; on this basis, the article puts forward to build Fangzi farmer to add the lasting effect mechanism; mainly in agricultural industry structural adjustment mechanism, agricultural industrialization manages a mechanism, produce market pulling mechanism, the transfer of rural surplus labor force employment mechanism and the policy guarantee mechanism; finally, in view of Fangzi the actual condition of the area offerred specific countermeasure proposal. One is to promote the integration of urban and rural areas of Fangzi, increase farmer income; the two is to develop modern agriculture; the three is to develop the two or three industry; four is to increase the transfer of rural labor force training; five is to further deepen and perfect the rural reform, enhance the vigor of rural economic and social development.
