Abstract


With China entering WTO, more and more enterprises invest overseas, overseas investors face huge political danger. The bilateral investment treaties signed between China and other countries are lack of relevant well-matched internal systems, which failed to carry out its protective function to our oversea investors.The research method of this thesis is: summary-comparison-analysis-suggestion. First summarizes our country foreign investment insurance system’s present situation, and carries on the comparison to the world main capital Exporting Country’s insurance system, through the good and bad points analysis, obtains our country to adopt the foreign investment insurance“the mix”the pattern. Profits from the Germany present already maturer foreign investment insurance system in the article.This article is divided into six parts. The first part was the introduction on purpose, significance, methods, and innovation;The second part is on China’s overseas investment insurance system for the interpretation and assessment of the status quo, as discussed below is based on. At the same time, introduced the overseas investment insurance system for the basic concepts and fundamental theory, the demonstration of China’s overseas investment insurance system to establish the significance of foreign investment to build and then raised the urgency of the insurance system, in order to lay the foundation for the full text of the paper. The third part is a comparative analysis of capital-exporting countries of the world’s major overseas investment insurance system to analyze the strengths and weaknesses then to come to the conclusion. The fourth part is about the overseas investment insurance system of Germany. Just be alone part, in order to get the foundation of the conclusion of the paper. The fifth part is based in part on earlier discussion in detail on China’s overseas investment insurance system to build thinking and research. The last part is the conclusion, through the above argument, once again shows that China’s overseas investment insurance system to build the great significance and urgency of the task
