Abstract


Land is the physical basis for human living and development.With the sustainable increase in population,the accelarate of industrilization and urbanlization bring about the conflict between human and environment.The scarce and abuse of land resourse induced a series ecological,economic and social problem.With the issue of sustainable using tactic,how to use the limited land rationality,how to make the scientific land use structure planning and how to adjust the policy of land use,which has become the desiderate problem of urban sustainable development.This paper mainly research on small scale land use system,and research on three different rates,style,function towns in qianjiang district as example.First,analying the land use natural,social and economic condition.It analyed the current character and defect in land use by combination analysis of qualitative and quantitative.Second,it usd the method of linear programming.With the aim of optimizing land use structure, according to the idiographic condition of three town,it setted different restrictions, such as land total area,population,ecological environment and policy.Then it construct the modal of optimizing land use structure respectively and choose the system optimization result by AHP.From the research we can find that the statue and impact of different subsystems is different in the total system,so their optimization aim is different.There are five section in this paper:The first part,introduction.It introduce the background,aim and significance of land use planning;the dynamic research of optimizing land use structure in domestic and abroad;policy,method and content of research.The second part,the pure research of optimizing land use structure.Mainly research on the meaning,academic basis,principle,aim and meteyard in optimizing land use structure.The third part,the method research and model design of optimizing land use structure.According to the character of small scale land use system,this paper chose the grey linear programming as mainly research model,then chose the system optimization result by AHP.The fourth part,the swatch research of optimizing small scale land use system. This scapter chose zhuoshui,zhengyang and wuli town in qianjiang as the example, analyzing the character and problem in the three town’s land use in 2005.According to the different statue and impact of the three subsystem in qianjiang system,it construct the modal of the grey linear programming respectively and chose the system optimization result by AHP.When those towns in the state of best structure of land use, we can believe the land use system in qianjiang will be sustainable and harmony development with the ecnomic,ecological and social benefit aim.The fifth part,results and advice.It introduced the mainly results of pure and practical research.Then summarized the three town’s land use structure and the impact of subsystem in the system.At last,put forward some useful advice and future research direction based on the research result.
