Abstract


Modern Olympic Games has developed into a global human society, economy, culture, sports event, it has a large number of entries, the material needs of complex, tight schedule of events, high security and so is bound to bring a complex and difficult logistics operation. Materials recovery process after the game in terms of the initial infrastructure of the Olympic venues, or during the competition events and equipment, transportation, storage and basic living supplies needs protection, even the Olympic logistics throughout the Olympic Games has always been a systems engineering. Processes and systematic characteristics of Olympic logistics is extremely significant: For the sports equipment manufacturers, suppliers of game supplies, Olympic partners, sponsors, there is a broad sense of the product or service purchase and sale relationship; for the contestants to watch visitors etc. Also there is the real sense of the supply and marketing relationship. Application of supply chain management concept of the Olympic logistics systems analysis, and build the Olympic logistics operation process evaluation system has an important role. Firstly, from the current situation and gap analysis of the important role of the Olympic logistics of the Olympic Games and Olympic logistics demonstrated the practical value and theoretical significance of the topics, and use of systems engineering principles and methods elaborated the basic framework of the paper; and then at home and abroad advanced logistics and supply chain management concept as a theoretical support for the platform, focusing on logistics management, supply chain management, especially the theory of the logistics center, logistics, IT and supply chain SCOR model, and determine the logistics and supply chain management comparative analysis on the basis of the use of supply chain management philosophy guiding the Olympic Logistics Research; then of clearly defined from the perspective of process management concepts and features of the Olympic logistics, and focused on specific practice from the logistics sector, logistics centers, and IT three in Atlanta, Sydney, Athens and Beijing Olympic Games analysis; The fourth part is the major innovation of the first of the SCOR model is applied to the Olympic logistics theoretical analysis, and combined with the Olympic logistics processes and modes of operation characteristics, from the overall planning, the core process layer, configuration layer and decomposition layer four levels of analysis and build the Olympic Logistics SCOR model, from the perspective of the core processes to select the appropriate evaluation, building performance evaluation system for the first time the green degree, security, and adaptability into the performance evaluation system; Finally, the comparison - the analytic hierarchy process to guide the specific implementation of the Olympic Logistics Performance Evaluation System. This is a summary and innovation of Olympic logistics research. This article linking theory with practice, both empirical and theoretical aspects of Olympic logistics system initially built the Olympic Logistics SCOR model and Olympic logistics performance evaluation system. This research project has a certain practical significance, not only for Olympic logistics practice and provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games and a variety of events logistics.
