Abstract


The break out increase of manufacture filed has made China became the manufacture center of the world in the over past ten years. Many multinational companies have build plant in China and then they are bring the advanced management mode also. Six sigma management was the new effective management mode in corporation management filed. The advanced management could help corporations win more business and make more profit. The good quality management system have became a necessary survival point. IQC position has show the value and essentiality more and more.The author described his working experience in one monitor manufacture company. He try to improve the problems which he investigated base on the six sigma knowledge.The first chapter wrote out the filiations purpose effect of six sigma management.The second chapter introduced the working content of IQC and the status of the IQC in quality management system.The third chapter wrote out the principle of SPC. We help IQC engineers to improve the situation of income material quality.The forth chapter described the relationship between IQC and others departments and use six sigma ideology to solve the conflicts.The fifth chapter wrote out the process of push the six sigma management in the working of supplier management. We will strength the quality control of income material and help the supplier improve their quality level.The sixth chapter was the summary. The influence has show obvious after the working of to push six sigma management for IQC job. We have improved the working effect of IQC engineer and strength the quality control of income material.
