Abstract


With social economical development, with endeavor of sustainable development theory, the realestate enterprises must consider the full lifetime of their projects during project developing, and follow the way of sustainable development. A very important aspect of life cycle management theory is the management in design stage. The design stage management can effectively prevent illogical building design, layout, less technological element. The design stage management is also an effective tool to control realestate project investment, progress and quality. Therefore, start with design stage, carry out design stage management, is an important way to push realestate industry development to be sustainable.This topic is in view of realestate enterprise to investigate how to manage realestate project desgisn stage. From present design stage problems, it investigates the sense of realestate design stage management. It based on concurrent engineering theory raise out design stage management model, and analyses this model’s application in realestate project design stage. Moreover this topic analyses realestate project design stage management target and management content. At last this topic introduces realestate project design stage optimize theory and optimize method.
